By accessing and using MarketFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MarketFlow provides algorithmic trading indicators and educational content for the TradingView platform. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• MarketFlow does not provide financial advice.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and capital.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred while using our indicators.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly, yearly) or as a one-time lifetime payment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant access to intellectual property), we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that cannot be resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, indicators, code, and materials provided by MarketFlow are the intellectual property of MarketFlow. You agree not to redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer our products.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
